If I see anybody wearing glasses in Skyrim I'm going to punch then in the face. Just to make a point as their glasses shatter in their eyes and then say, "See that's why you don't wear glasses here. Too dangerous."

All I'm sayin is, if my Dunmer can't rock goggles as per Morrowind, I'll be disappointed.

I'm sure the wimpier Nords can have snow goggles too.

(long story short, there is nothing in lore against glasses - in fact, it would be mad to suggest they don't exist - what's in people's window panes?! - and especially given aforementioned goggles; it's just a question of will they be implemented, or will they, like toilets, fall by the wayside)

There should be either Inuit style snow goggles or Chinese style smokey quartz sunglasses.

They'd be great for those sunny days up on the snowy slopes.

Glasses don't exactly seem like something Nords would wear, but if there are glasses, it would make more sense for them to be made with a material that doesn't shatter.

Exactly. People with magic don't need glasses.

There's been plenty of fantasy stories with magic that had people that were either blind or had bad vision. Hell, the orc in the recently released screenshot appears to be blind in one eye. Unless it say somewhere that magic can cure bad visions it's fallacious to assume it's guaranteed that it does.

However TES has had goggles aka. Morag Tong helmets and the Chitin Helmets and quite a few of the helmets actually in Morrowind, but I think it only makes sense because of the Ash storms in Vvardenfell.

I know! I love what Todd the man has done with the graphics (all on his own).

That's apparently a screenshot of one of the co-eds at Whisper University (college of whispers). She's pretty hot for a WU girl. I can't wait to use my illusion spells on her in game.
