You can continue to believe that it's concept art as long as you want. No one stops you :P

But to me and the developers and I think a lot of other people, it's pretty clear it's a screenshot. It even says so on the official website and as others have said, it has been confirmed by devs.

It does not look real to me though. It has a more art-style to it. But I think that's because of DX 9 shaders and not really that advanced lighting. Still looks good though.

http://www.elderscrolls.com/skyrim/media/screenshots/markarth/ The elevation changes here are just amazing, can't wait to play on it.

http://www.elderscrolls.com/skyrim/media/screenshots/forest-hunt/ This is my favorite screenshot, I just love the fall(autumn) forest and how well it looks.

http://www.elderscrolls.com/skyrim/media/screenshots/lake-waterfall/ I hope things like these are all over Skyrim, they would add to the overall look and make adventuring off places that much better.

If you load the full image that he posted and look at all the detail and graphics you can defiantly see that it is indeed a screen and not concept art.

But if you still don't believe, I guess you're just going to have to see it for yourself once the game comes out :).

Ah right i din't knew I could zoom in further. Yes it does look very in-gamish but the clouds between the mountains is 100% photoshoped

No it's just not that advanced lighting or shaders. Plus, I think volumetric clouds are hard themself to give proper lighting in different conditions.

I wonder what that big statue really is. What does it stand for?

This pic totally doesn't look like Skyrim and that's one of the things I love about it. Looks like a very very unique dungeon that worship something very "un-Skyrim"-like :P
I wonder what it is...

It's a statue of the Divine Talos. Depicted slightly differently in Skyrim.
