Could someone give me a link to mods that give Cyrodil's residents attractive faces instead of those hideous vanilla looking ones?

I don't know of I'd call them attractive now, but imo Tamriel NPCs Revamped makes the people look a whole lot better.

EDIT: To be precise, that mod just changes the geometry of the faces, the textures are still vanilla. For textures I suggest you check out http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/obliviontextureoverhaul.html or snoop around TESNexus a bit.
