Asking for help with Mod list

I am having significant trouble with my mod list and most specifically, my bashed patch. I am not a super experienced modder, but I have run FCOM and several other mods over the years. I recently reinstalled Oblivion and decided to try to do it right, using a proper bashed patch and the full utility of Wyre bash. Unfortunately, I have run into a problem towards the end. I can run my entire mod list without a bashed patch, and the game loads up and plays. However, there are certain inconsistencies and I am sure I am not getting the full use of all my mods. I am trying to get the bashed patch to work, but have so far been unsuccessful. Currently the game will load to the main menu. However, it will crash during the loading of a saved game or will crash immediately after the emperor’s cut scene if I start a new game.

I also have the bashed patch config file, but don't know how to get a word printout such that I could show what I am doing. For the most part, I am having the bashed patch merge everything available. This is clearly not working.

Any thoughts or advice are very appreciated. I am happy to learn and understand what is going on, but I do feel like I need a little assistance at this point. Thanks again for any help.

i would say run BOSS and that wil get you lot further, your mod list is not big and i believe all mods are in boss.
so install boss, run program and follow the advise it gives :)

I went by the Boss tags (somethign I thought I had done last night) and found an error that seems to have allowed me to start the game with the bashed patch.

However, I have a bug and I cannot figure out where it comes from.

My starting spells begin as the normal flare and restore spells, but within a few seconds of starting a new game, the spells become scroll icons in the inventory screen. However, using the spells doesn't delete them, they are just single use spells that you can select as many times as you want. Its weird and I dont know why it is happening.
