You mean like 2 weeks ago?

And yeah, everyone said YAY PUT THEM IN! So I'm sure Bethesda has put them in or plans to for sure, this isn't something they would leave out.

Whatever's in the game, needs to be able to happen inside of 512 MB of shared RAM. It would be nice, but would just add to the game's memory and processing load during nighttime.

And besides, Mundus in TES doesn't necessarily obey the same laws that our own known universe does. It's been said (IIRC) that the stars are holes in Aetherius. There isn't necessarily any sort of solar wind vs. magnetic field thing going on in this universe.
