Imperial inflation problem.

In Oblivion the prices of items just seemed way too over the top sometimes and I'd end up with way too much gold than I really need. I think gold prices in Skyrim should be more reasonable and believable, like a piece of bread be 1 gold and a health potion be 10 or something, not 150 for a simple potion. Starter weapons like the steel and iron should be cheap like around 75-100 gold for a sword and as material gets better price goes up a little. Special or enchanted items would be the cash cows and be around 200-500 gold and be the ones wanted most.
What I'm saying is not to have ridiculously expensive items and such, most of which by later levels, shopkeepers didn't even have the money yo give me the fair amount for. Then there's also the problem of, when at later levels, every John and Mary Doe have super expensive armor and weapons which rack you up so much gold that you lose the interest in collecting loot because you have more gold than you know what do with. The really expensive stuff should be worn by the bandit bosses at the end of caves or found near the deep parts of a dungeon, and also be found rarely. This way there's more of sense of reward to get treasures in a dungeon or steal loot from castles to give a boost of gold to your wallet which is near flat again from buying necessities thanks to a more balanced money system.
I hope that all made sense, tell me what you think.
