I didn't play Arena for more then a day or 2 so maybe I just missed the delete button or the save game folder or whatever, but as far as I know you can't delete them. Perhaps a more knowledgeable person will shed some light on the matter. What is wrong with overwriting anyway?

Yes, you can delete save games. Open dosbox change directory to the folder containing your saves. Then simply write del *.00 where the 00 corresponds to your first save, up to 09 for your last one. When you start the game you will still see your first save on the top but if you load it will say no saved game saved here... If you want to change the name of the slot you need to modify the names.DAT file which can be done with the program found http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Arena:Save_Games.

Or you could, you know, change the name while saving a game.

Just a wild thought.
