In-game events!

It would be so coo if every so often, cities would celebrate events! Like once a week they have a market were you can by rare exotic ingredients for alchemy, or rare weapons. Or maybe once a week they gather to pray in the chappels in large quantities! This is just another idea of many ofcourse! Just something i thought would be cool :)

That would be cool, like in Arena (TES one) when you get a screen that pauses the game and tells you it is so so day and do this do that. Also would be cool when I hear all these cool holidays on The Imperial Library's website and no one in game acknowledges it

Yes actually it would. I liked how in Arena sometimes you would arrive in some city and a message would pop up and say something like "today is some holiday, you stay free at all the inns!". That was really cool. Would be cool to bring back some holidays. Although the games are a lot, well shorter in in-game time than Arena and Daggerfall, seeing as there traveling took days because the land mass was so big. So supposedly we wouldn't even experience most holidays since most people never even play through a full in-game year... Hmm...

Yes, it would be cool to have http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Daggerfall:Holidays again like in Arena and Daggerfall.

I haven't played in a while so I don't really know how long I've been in, but also a fair bit. It's just my experience from people here online that a lot don't seem to put as much time in to the game as others. Obviously, but I mean, when talking about things like holidays... I suppose it's a small enough implementation to include just for the hardcoe fans and more relaxed players won't have to be bothered by them... :)

I love the idea of a market where you can buy items you might not find in the usual stores.

"Bothered?"

Why would anyone be bothered by entering a town and being told potions were half-price that day because of some religious festival? That certain types of spells were cheaper in honor of such-and-such holiday? Inn rooms half-price because of a festival honoring the patron of travellers? :D
