Observation about battles

I'm sure this has been posted on and made clear but I'm too lazy to search for it cause I doubt there's actually been a thread for it

But just to set all those minds at ease about people who were nervous about enemies "sliding back" cause of the demo, or cause of the scene in the trailer where Dovhakiin hits a spider and it does honestly look like it's sliding back
I noticed the spider does slide a little but his legs move along with the sliding so I think probably the devs couldn't find a way to get rid of the sliding, so they maybe just added an animation make it seem less..well..slidey.

Also the hitting box seem quite loosy at the time of the video, on the 2 human battling and the fighter giving the last hit to the dragon, you clearly see its a mile away from the target and even then it draw blood.

As for sliding, i had interpreted that as a jump back, spidrs are prone to jump when not on webb. *shrugg anyway*

Yeah that's what I thought but when I saw people complaining I watched it again and I can see how it could be misinterpreted (or not "mis"interpreted) as a slide. Like the spider slides just like..a foot and a half before the animation kicks in but it's not like it's a big deal anyway. Not a big enough deal to deter from my enjoyment. =P

I don't have any problem that the Spider is backing up a bit after it got hit. I like to create some space between me and my enemy

yeah I'm not saying "backing up". Granted I don't have a problem with that either. But some people were saying they were worried because it looked in the video the same way it was in OB where you'd smack an enemy around and they'd just magically glide backwards, even in some cases, while still doing the "running forward" animation. Just clearing up a bit of skepticism.
