The download appears to have been removed.

Already been reported to me and I have asked them to remove it from tesnexus.

You can never trust Mod Compliation you never know what could be in them once again, unless you trust the author.

There are alot of mod once again including tools has well in this pack, so permission they did not seek and they even admit it.
