Loaded up Oblivion and absolutely everything is messed up. Meshes blink on and off, land and other meshes missing. Some partly transparent. Some stretched out. Well, have a look at the Skingrad Docks ...

Basically, try to imagine every graphical glitch possible, all at once.

I tried so many things, then decided to try and load Oblivion with the standard launcher (not with OBSE) ...

I've launched OBSE with the current version a hundred times with no issue. So it can't be the launcher. Any ideas. I've never seen anything like this before. To be clear, the only thing I did different between taking those screens is launching Oblivion with OBSE, and then not with OBSE. Load order in case it matters ...

- Your copy of All Natural is ancient. It's up to 1.3 now, so you might want to upgrade that.

- Consider dropping Natural Water and Natural Vegetation for Enhanced Water and Enhanced Vegetation.

- Living Economy is obsolete, you should switch to Enhanced Economy.

Now, for your problem, are you sure it isn't your GPU overheating or something similar? I simply cannot see how OBSE would be able to make such a mess of things like that. Check to make sure you have no OBGE plugins, too, just in case they are interfering.

Looks like missing files or something at first... Double check your BSA's are listed in Oblivion.ini? (or named appropriately eg. "DLCShiveringIsles - mymod.bsa")

Ed: Is it present if you start a new game? (Could be a corrupt save?)

UOP is also out of date. :)

Possible shader corruption that only manifests when OBSE is loaded? Possibly because there's a problem with a shader mod that needs it?

I'm thinking you may have corrupted shaders or ini or both. Might want to do a search on shaders over at the Nexus library. When you disable OBSE that should also be disabling Streamline and any other mod which relies on OBSE so I think it's not OBSE causing this but one of the mods that is disabled when you disabled it. What version is your OBSE? OBSE itself really shouldn't be able to cause this, I don't think.

If I had to guess, I'd guess something has gone wrong with Streamline because that mod relies on OBSE and is touching your graphics. If your OBSE is majorly out of date, that might be an issue.

Thanks all. It's something to do with OBGEv2. After trying some other things, I removed that plug-in and then the game loaded fine with the OBSE launcher.

Ah, that makes sense. Disabling OBSE also disabled OBGEv2. Hopefully you can get it working. I've seen a lot of threads about that mod, but since I don't use it (it would probably blow up my computer on top of all the other graphics stuff), I don't remember what the issue with shaders is. I think it had something to do with how you load them. Will try to find out for you.

OBGE v2 has been stable for many users (including me) without any issues. Not sure what is the exact circumstance when this problem manifests, but it is not a testament to OBGE's stability etc.

I have never had a complete mesh and texture conflict like OP's screenies. Tried BOSS? After installing mods with BSA archives, tried OBMM BSAredirection in the ArchiveInvalidated! utility?

That looks like z-compare is inverted; which means everything is painted inverted, not front-things survive but only the back-things. Just to express it somehow someone non-tech understands it.
For that to go awry your driver must actually have problems with the utilized depth-buffer, which is responsible for the correct front-to-back painting. I suggest trying:

[DepthBuffer]
bUseDepthBuffer=0

In the OBGE.ini. If that doesn't help you probably are out of luck. Sorry.

@OP: Also, adding to Etheron's descriptive: If you are using RivaTuner or some other video card tweaker, make sure you do not have Z-buffer tweaked.

@Etherron: Nice catch, glad someone with an eye for modeling checked out that screenie. ;)
