Exterior Cell Collision Flickering?

I recently merged two mods together, one of them adding NPCs for me to place in a town.
I also added a path grid as well.
And what happened was...
Weird, to say the least. After entering an interior and exiting back out, the townspeople all start jumping, and whichever of the two cells I wasn't in is gone completely.
After a while, the current cell looses its collision, everyone falls through and dies.
Also, the mini-map shows it as the cell two blocks up.


So yeah, what's going on.

Curious. What is the world map location? Are you extended past 100 cells from 0,0?

The cells are 3,38, and 3,37

I recently merged two mods together ... And what happened was ... Weird, to say the least.

The townspeople jumping is likely a collision problem rather than jumping.

What do the mods contain (details please) and how did you merge them?
