Well I've had Morrowind since day one and I've never actually completed the main story line, and at the moment I'm pretty close I think, but I've been named Horator for all the houses, and named(dunno the name) for all of the camps and I go back to the Urisuk... camp and talk to the wise woman there, she doesn't tell me what to do next, or tell me where to go, so I can't finish the main story line, am I missing something or is there a bug in my game?

Check you inventory for a message/letter on what to do. I'm not sure how to open a spoiler box so I don't want to ruin anything.

I read the note, went to Vivec, spoke to the person waiting at the temple, they just said "didn't you read the note, don't come here till you've been named horator for the 3 houses and nerevarine for the camps, but I know I have, as it says in the journal and I have all the Items/equipment they gave me to prove me as being named.

Bust into Vivec's palace, he might have something for you. Not sure if this will work, but its worth a try.

I've checked everything, I have all of the items, the belt, robe and ring of the Horator, I have the Thong of Zainab, madstone, and the other things, but nothing :/

I think you have to talk to more than one person at the temple. Did one of them give you a key?

Try this:

Go back to the last camp (the one in the SW Ashlands) and talk to the guy you elevated and go through all the dialog choices, you may have skipped one of the Journal Updates you need. If that does nto work, go to the last Ashlander camp you completed and go through those dialog choices.

Try talking to the Urshilaku ashkan again.

It will say you have completed the 4th or 5th trials when you completed them. The easiest way is to look at the active quests and see if any are still active than we would know which quest the problem is in. Then you can go back and make sure you talked to everyone (the ashkhans and the wise women specifically).

Well I went to the Temple place in Vivec, went into the high fane, where there's a locked door at level 45, I went to it, thinking I'd have to pick the lock, but I apparently had a key, so I could go see the guy I'm supposed to in his private quaters in high fane, but I keep getting attacked by the Ordinators(I'm wearing their armor too) I can usually kill one, but have low health, I need to get more potions to restore health.

You do know that they are attacking you because you are wearing their armor right?

Yeah that's why I put it in brackets , was just a bit of info I needed to add, but yeah, if I can just kill the second Ordinator in the private quaters, I should be able to talk to the guy.
