The game runs perfectly, the characters move like a Charlie Chaplin movie. But, instead of simple commands I h have text strings and even lock picking with a Master at level 5 I get "Lock to complex. Your chance to pick it is zero."

So, your character is level 5, using a master lockpick and you're trying to pick a tough lock.
What's the level of the lock and your security skill?
Chances are the lock is just too high for your skill, regardless of the tool you use.

Corrupt Text Strings are usually caused by bad GMSTs. You should clean each mod you install to make sure they don't have GMSTs that they shouldn't. (namely, the 72 "evil" ones.)
Grab http://code.google.com/p/escog/ or TESTool to quickly clean those GMSTs out.

TR caused missing body parts in MCA? Sounds doubtful.

I should be more clear. It is the locks on the chests, even the level 1 chest in the census office in Seyda Neen at beginning of the game gave me the above warning. Words cannot convey what a screenshot can show. I wish this forum would create a section for screenshots so that players can show their problem.
Example: Instead of "Weapon, Apparel, Magic, Misc". I get "sWeaponTab, sApparelTab, sMagicTab, sMiscTab." Everything begins with either an 's' or 'sAttribute.' Everything is expensive even travel is in the hundreds of dollars. Yet the game runs smooth and perfect with absolutely no problems. Come to think about it, the game seems to run perfectly only when it is like this. The bent probes work but, I had to buy then create an open lock spell. Other than that the game is... wonderful!

Yes it did. When I loaded the game the warning would popup saying that MCA clothes, body parts and/or leveled creatures were missing. But, once I removed Tamriel Rebuilt the warnings ended and the game did indeed speed up. But, I am looking forward to TR when it's finally complete sometime in the next decade.

I have just tried escog and it indeed find the GMSTs and now I can finally unlock chests. I still get 'sAttributes' but, I think I can live with it. Thankyou.
