I have for first time in years ,installed The Elder Scrolls again, but its only come to loading data, and then it go to desk,

cant i not ran it at windows 7 og are there patch?i only have the original game on a CD.

I have patch 1.2.0722,i been told its the latest.

Hm. The most likely problem is that TES 111 won't be released for at least a few more centuries. Using software from the future tends to add a lot of incompatibilities.

Now, if you're trying to get TES III (3 ) running, then you can do a few things.

First, don't install to Program Files in 7. There's a stickied thread for Vista/7 explaining those issues. Also, you should have patch 1.6.1820, and should probably go get the expansions if you don't have them. They fix a lot of issues and allow you to use mods that will fix more (the patch project may require BM, the code patch certainly does).

Where? Anywhere, just outside Program Files, let's say in C:\Games\Morrowind or something like that.

Maybe you have GOTY edition if it says 1.6.1820? Open up the launcher, go to Data Files and look if you have Tribunal/Bloodmoon .esm files.

OK Minamir ,i tray it,and no ,i dont have Tribunal/Bloodmoon.esm files.

No i stop now, i find out ,that TES 111 works fine ,when i just install it, and by the way, C/ program files is default. Have no other choice . But when i use patch 1.2. 0722 its go to desk,

i have traid remove it to D/ Morrowind ,but the same, i cant play whit 1.2.0722, this to muych troubble for a old game, so i uninstall and go back to FONV.
