Environmental A.I Affecting Character Performance

As many of Skyrim game fans know Bethsedsa Studios has made claims that they have reworked and perfected the way NPCs respond to the different actions that a character makes but will there be environmental factors such as wheather, landscape and temperature that can further the immersion into the game unlike any other RPG. As characters ascend mountains will strong and cold winds push him or her backwards and will the cold cause the character to freeze which cause the screen to blur and shake? Can characters become sick in harsh wheather? Will rough and uneven terrains make it more difficult for character to most faster? Most fans have asked the questions that have already been asked and when they realize a game like this one has come along most even those of 30 years of age have said that they want to see flying dragons, mage and warrior clothing together, better encumbrance system, pointless and tacky mods, and multiplayer (offline). The more important questions should be less basic, especially for a game that has been worked on for 5 years, it could be about the games A.I and how it can imitate real-life sitiuations. I want to know how everything in the game works together and not have some essential function of real-life put aside.

All i know is:

People react to you by what you chose to do,

You can have enemies (Rivals) and good friends both of which have questlines (sidemissions)

People go about their daily lives doing what the are scripted to do, with some leniency of other things happening/character choices.

Its my understanding that no one playthrough will ever be the same (as with most of bethesda's games)

Thats all ive heard/can remember right now..
