Has anyone done this (or started work on this)? I just purchased the book this morning, and while I have not yet started it yet, I was wondering if a mod that portrayed some of the events in this book has been started/released yet?

The answer is no. The reason is below, but it's a slight SPOILER!!!!

It doesn't ever go over Cyrodiil/directly effect Cyrodiil, mainly Blackmarsh and a bit of Morrowind, so you'd probably have to re-create the other provinces first. That I remember anyway.

TIC = The Infernal City, the book by Greg Keyes, that bridges the gap between Ob and Skyrim. It's quite good.

I thought it was quite entertaining

. It might just have been because I read it in the hype of the Skyrim announcement though, so anything TES was nerdgasm worthy. I did start reading it a couple of months before the announcement, but never finished it :\
