I decided to not make another thread for a while because I wasn't sure if the forums would approve. but I haven't been contacted to say its not okay to post this kind of stuff so here it is once again.

From the footage, the movement looks more organic; you could tell that their inspiration of magic in skyrim was from bioshock.

Yeah we've been able to tell that since Todd said in the original GI article that they got their inspiration for the new equipping system from BioShock, but good shout

The interesting thing I noticed is that it seems the snow is only falling where the opening in the cave ceiling is. When he walks further up there is no more snow falling. This would be awesome if we could get some rain streaming off of roofs and precipitation falling where it should.

Those might be dust particles floating in the air too. Hard to tell from the poor quality video. Particles of any kind are good for me though

Agreed! That was one thing I loved about Fallout 3; the particles and mist floating in the air. Can only get better this time around!
