[RELz][WIPz] Washington's Modders Resources

Washington's Modder's Resources

Ever since I have started to learn how to use Blender, I started to enjoy creating various models for Oblivion. With simpler models there's a better chance that I'll actually finish the model or set before I get tired with it. I enjoy the most in creating houses and various parts for villages and towns.
I'll make this a central thread for all my stuff, both released and work in progress for users to find it easier and for me to get inspiration and motivation from your comments.

WORK IN PROGRESS:

? Southport house set
- A set of house parts for creating somewhat mediterranian fantasy houses and villages. The set is comprised of separate storeys so the houses can vary in height, three roof types, separate windows, doors, balcony and some basic dock platforms.
- Status: still some interiors to do
- Screenshots: http://s285.photobucket.com/albums/ll54/pero_lozhach/New%20House%202/ -- http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll54/pero_lozhach/Learning%20Blender/screen18.jpg

? Felyonne town set
- This is a town set inspired by some buildings from 2nd half of 19th century. It is comprised out of several basic tiles that can be arranged in many different ways in order to create nice urban centre. There will be several basic facade colours (from Leyawiin) and there will be pieces with doors, windows, both and none. Felyonne? I'm not that good at making names so I combined name of someone from Austria and some place in France.
- Status: Interiors tiles need to be done, variations with windows and doors, in the end colour variations.
- Screenshots: http://s285.photobucket.com/albums/ll54/pero_lozhach/New%20House%203/

? Igloo expansion
- Some ice walls and one big igloo in expansion to existing igloo resource for creating villages in frozen arctic regions

? Village clutter
- Various village clutter like wooden fence (released), log piles, wagon, wells, ...

? Redwood Village
- just an early concept of a village inside a huge hollow redwood stump.

? Old Temple
- early concept of some ziggurat http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll54/pero_lozhach/Learning%20Blender/Clipboard06.jpg or tomb. I have improved exterior a bit, but haven't started on interior. I reckon that this will wait until I learn animation

I have also had a concept of poppy pod house, but think that I'll discard that.

Please don't take me amiss for making this topic, I'm just making a reference list to make things easier for myself and maybe get some comments too. I'll update the list when I release some stuff which should be soon.

It seems like you're fairly roaring along. Not that I'm likely to be making any mods that would need any of these anytime soon, but they still look pretty good. Good work!

New upload: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37082

If Bethesda used one of these body mods that enlarge certain parts, I'd never noticed this detail. It was hard enough anyway! :)

Hehe, I loved how all the screenshots were heavily anolysed on Gothic forums prior to the release of the game. It would be great if it was done for Skyrim pictures too. I'd do it... In theory...

Cool! Glad that you both like it. Arthmoor, if you get any ugly seams while setting the walls place the post over it or PM me so I can create some custom piece because otherwise I'd need diffferent texture sizes ect etc.

Your not wrong mate, I was thinking of using it (Maybe Retextured to suit) as wall in a caven along with the palisade stuff for walk ways to great the
effect of a realy large Caven the PC can't see roof or floors, sort of like the start of Nerhim

Jus a bunch of floating walkways, migh need a large killbox under it all lol

Sorry Washington,.. was comming to say thank you thnak you, I been trying to do something of use for the Tamriel World Project and these Paliade's
jus might save my butt for an underground community, I'v not been brave enough to release stuff up till now as I'm a real ole green horn

BTW Washington

I had years ago in Morrowind this texture replacer for Caldera:

*****Ivy and Stone Cottage Texture Replacerr******
by Korana

Not sure if it'd be of interest to you for Morrowindesque Houses as an option
it could be viewed here with ALL Korana's mod's

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27167

Hope you don't mind the passing though,.. thanks again for awsome work

I don't mind, but now I prefer to use vanilla textures in all my models if possible. Less to upload and download and the style of the textures fits with the rest of the game's textures better..

A small mod...

I have disliked how those tribal Khajiiti huts look in Iliana's Elsweyr desert of Anequina mod. So I made this replacer.
Simply install over and replace old files.

If anyone could do me a favour and post in game pic, I'dd be grateful as I cannot do it atm.

Download and Nifskope pics are on Nexus:

LOD mesh for Elsweyr hut was requested on Nexus so I have made it. If you want to see them from distance install it and run TES4LODGen.
