I'm only asking to be able to customize what a character already has. a nord doesnt have scales.
Nope. They also don't have the range of skin tones commonly referred to as black. Giving them either (scales, black skin tone) changes them, and makes them something they're not.
its not asking to give anyone scales or anything crazy. simply to work with wut a nord already has and to be able to make changes to it like we've already been able to but better. u culd make a tanned nord in oblivion but u werent complaining than i bet.
Nobody was yelling about wanting the tan darker so they could make nonexistent "black Nords," either- so what would I complain about?
u didnt cry "it breaks the lore" like a baby than so y do it now.
Because you're insisting there's something "wrong" with Bethesda defining their world their way.
the only differenc ein oblivion is that u wuld look like a complete joke.
That goes for 99% of the characters created in Oblivion, thanks to FaceGen.
thats all i want. the ability to appear a certain way.
You can already appear that way, and always could. By playing a Redguard.
