Nononono, my mistake. If you've taken that list from the load order I posted long ago, then I haven't installed it after Silvercliff but at the same time or before. Sorry!!
No worries, I'll begin the download now and check on it when I'm back from work.

In the news: The most recent version, 1.0.3, has been uploaded to TESNexus: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29420. This addresses issues with conflicts with OOO, missing landmass, and the weapon damage being incorrect.

May I recommend you clean the .esp with TES4Edit on future releases? The file throws up quite a bit to be cleaned out. (If you are not familiar with this: The Construction set tends to throw in a number of wild edits, that can cause stability, especially compatibility, issues not directly tied to the actual modded changes.)

Maybe that's the reason behind the crashes that I have when I try to reach the town. As far as I know, a common cause of CTD's is when another mod tries to edit a deleted record.

I hope this mod is cleaned in it's next version, I'll try it again if it is.

You can (and should) clean it easily yourself. For this and any number of other mods.

I'll have to do it when I'm not lazy....I admit I have a nice number of mods BOSS says that needs cleaning...

I have updated the main ESP file and cleaned it. Also, running Improved Fires & Flames, I simply merged it into my bashed patch (as Wrye Bash suggested). Everything works fine, though the mod does lag me a bit. Nothing in the weOCPS log.

Are you approaching the town during the day or after dark? Try at both noon and midnight, as I suspect time of day may play into this. Also be sure to try using the 1.0.4 patch.
