Can't run

So I'm one of those players that prefers to keep always-run off and instead use a key to run ('q' for me). However, I've been having a very annoying problem lately that I can't seem to figure out. For some reason and at seemingly random intervals my character decides to just not run anymore and I can only walk. I don't remember this feature being added by any mod I have in my load order, but I thought it may be because my fatigue was low. Well, that wasn't the problem because when I load a save from before the problem occurred, I still can't run. The only way to restore my ability to run is to completely exit the game and load it back up. As this is happening more and more frequently I am getting very annoyed. I'm not even sure if this is a problem with my load order, it could be my keyboard (shouldn't be, it works fine outside oblivion). I was hoping someone else may have any knowledge on why this is happening. I'd appreciate any help!

Could it be: DA Run Fatigue.esm, or DA Sprint.esp?
Did you also look at the known issues for that mod? http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=oblivionmods.detail&id=1974

It could not be Running Revised on its own. I have used that mod in all my games for several years and have never encountered the problem the OP describes. RR will slow the player to a walk at 0% Fatigue and let him run again at 25% Fatigue. It sounds like some other mod is giving him permanent low Fatigue, which in turn would tell Running Revised to make his character walk.

My guess is that Real Sleep Extended is interfering with Running Revised (or vice versa). OP, you might try sleeping to make sure your stats are not being lowered by Real Sleep Extended.

Does your fatigue (green bar) run out, causing you to walk only?

That might be the case, because it happens often after an intense battle (which could lower my fatigue to zero).
I will try sleeping, deactivating Running Revised, and deactivating Real Sleep Extended and see if any of those makes a difference. Just in case these mods are indeed conflicting, does anyone know any good alternatives?
