Agh! You don't put "etc" after "and", it's "etc" not "ect", and you don't put "etc" after one noun!

Yes, especially if the lighting is terrible in character creation again.

This, yes to Barbers no to Plastic Surgeons, just make character creation much better than previous games, it seemed to me it was not improved on at all in FONV.

Depends what face/appearance means. If its like eye color, skin tone, size, no thank you. But if its like scars and face paint sure.

NV, was even worse than Oblivion's starting dungeon in terms of lighting IMO. Terrible stuff, had to save fright before leaving the little area. Still a huge pain for those that take hours getting things just right. Not to mention facial changes through magic is totally viable. If TES has transmogrify, I think a witch could change the appearance of your face. Again, only if the lighting is bad.

On a side note, they've had cosmetic surgery since Ancient Egypt IRL.

I wonder why people make threads like this bringing up one or two things, like changing hair and facial construction, then leave out other no brainers like tatoo and piercing shops. I would want all of those things except changing my facial construction.
