Possible Dragon shout in the Trailer : V

After watching the trailer again I had a thought. In the begining where we see the land from a dragon's perspective, do you think that this could potentially be a dragon shout in action. It would be helpful when trying to avoid a dragon as it would show you what the closet dragon to you is currently seeing but as a possible downfall the dragon you see would know that the dragonborn is near.
What do you think, is this possibly one of the shouts or just the dreams of a Skyrim obsessed mind?

Not necessary. Anyone who has played Morrowind has a sixth sense when it comes to detecting things flying around your head.

hehe, true, but a lot of people have only just started playing TES, because they heard the word 'dragon' or saw the pretty-ness.

You can't use that perspective because you can't play as a dragon. I can't wait to play the Dovahkiin as well.
