Inventory

I want it to pause the game, but keep the clock ticking so that time will have passed when I exit the menu. Trying to RP the game, its nice for an hour or two to have passed while you've been reading a book.

I think someone said that the menus would no longer pause, but are in real time
and really redo that question, you cant answer yes to a which question
thats like asking do you want a cupcake or a cookie? :cookie:
and you say yes

Pause. The end. There are just way too many items and if the spell system is anything like the last game, there are way too many spells. Scrolling through one's inventory usually takes several seconds at least, far too many to be reasonably expected to access something that would, in real life, only take a single second.

This is one of those things that would make it less realistic rather than more. A suspension of disbelief is required for the sake of better gameplay.

Hi! I'm stupid. :homestar: Could someone mod this in Skyrim? I would greatly appreciate it. I'd do it myself, but...yea.

Yeah, but in real life you don't need to go through a menu and find what you're looking for before you can use it, you just whip it out and use it. Games need pause time for inventory since it's a lot more difficult to switch from a bow to a sword or dig through a menu for a particular potion than it would be if it were real, hotkeys (like Oblivion had) are a good compromise.

I picked "other" because your poll answers are confusing. I want the game to be like real life; no pausing when going into inventory, journal or spellbook.
