I have set up a thread to continue the discussion http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1184879-new-todd-interview-from-german-site-part-2/ for when this one is locked. I have tried to put all the info in the OP.

Why is it horrible news? It's to be expected, especially the big cities.Did you see the size of one of the cities in the trailer,it's huge. Smaller settlements/towns etc, probably won't load like that.
Having cities load like that especially when huge, helps with game performance and allows more NPC's etc.I don't see a problem with it myself. It will load and then your in there,no big deal.

There were one or two new things in that interview. It sounds like we'll have way more things to do than in oblivion. It sounds like the are trying to do as much as possible with what they have. I still think this will be an awesome game......who cares about a load screen for a few seconds etc.Having more in cities,be it clutter, buildings,NPC's,is worth it in my opinion.

@ OP: Thanks for the video, was a good watch. :)
