[RELz] Darknut's Greater Dwemer Ruins

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 1:26 pm

I just spent two entire days working on getting to the 3 Dwemer Ruins at the end of the main quest and found out that it didn't change a single thing, I suppose I needed to start this mod on a new game to get it to work, and I may just do that. I have one question to ask, you mentioned that using the console to teleport and whatnot could break the mod, could that also include mark, recall and intervention spells?

mark, recall and intervention spells are OK

You don't have to start a new game as long as you have never been to any of the three ruins yet ..... when you have it working right there will be ZERO doubt that it is not vanilla

Well Keening wasn't equipped, and nothing attacked me after I left the cell, though it did attack me when I returned. <_<
Ah, the journal said it was on a trapped pedestal.

-edit:

What's with all the death traps, for instance, in the
Spoiler
cage
with the constant
Spoiler
respawn
of
Spoiler
ash zombies
, what the hell are you suppose to do? reload from a saved game? :brokencomputer: :banghead:

There's a reason the readme says SAVE OFTEN!

What's with the red force fields and the tunnel? I think I probably missed a switch or something, though I ended up having to use TGM to get through.

Oh and the place where I got Keening, this tunnel switch like thing said I needed lubricant, where would that be?

-edit: Ah I found the hidden door, hopefully this helps me out.

TGM? You're skipping all the fun =(

Fake Keening was brilliant, but I have to say (as came up during one GDR related thread a while back), my absolute favorite trap was
Spoiler
the Ebony Arrow of Slaying, which I saved specifically for when all might seem lost with the assumption that the end-fight was going to be rather tough. Fortunately, I made it out of the maze and back to the heart chamber in time...
Foolish Nerevar =)

And yes, save often, because you'll need it. Darknut crafted amazing ruins and you will suffer greatly before the end!

Ah yeah, I was planning on saving the

for

tribunal
to one hit kill
Spoiler
Almalexia
.

What are you suppose to do after you pick up the

hammer
and the

big red boulder
falls?
