seriously 60+ hours put into my character and I I can't find one

There is hardly any in game so use them wisely

there are some on traveling merchants and certain npcs tend to have them as well.. They also show up as loot in some boxes and safes. And for some reason thyey sometimes show up in cash registers.

That's why I never take Lily as a companion.... would like to but damn her perk svcks more than a 2 dollar wench.

there's one in the goodsprings schoolhouse. at the BoS bunker, there is one behind the quartermaster (you have to use a stealth boy to get the key to get behind her though, so it cancels out) there are also some on dead nightkin, and around 4 at the REPCONN test site.

I didn't find one there...not one ! I even shot Neil to see if he had one. ( I reloaded...of course if he did have one in his inventory. )

Repconn is a different story. I got 9 from there.

I have one left...I had two as of yesterday but I used one to grab the upgraded Gauss.

They are hard to find that's for sure, personally I like that. Makes the game more Fallouty then FO 3 did where stealthboys were so common.
