After the patch was released yesterday ever attempt to use V.A.T.S would freeze my xbox instantly....does this happen to anyone else? if it does please help me fix it or if you think you know how also post here. thanks in advance.

I haven't had it freeze in Vats yet. I've had it freeze randomly twice when I was selling stuff to merchants. My advice save often

Its weird tthough whenever it freeezes i turn off the game and turn it back on and its saved exactly where i was when i attempted to use V.A.T.S

Appears to be an issue with the new patch. I've yet to patch mine as it's mostly in working order and I don't need anyone monkeying it up any more.

Your save files are probably toast, but you could probably uninstall the patch, delete your saves, clear your cache, do not reinstall the patch, and you might at least be able to play.
