Was there licensing problems with getting the King's music in this game or do they kind of betray the King's gang in this game following a legend they dont know much about?

Licensing Elvis' music requires approval and a big fee. It would've been cool though. I like the King character in the game. Funniest character I've seen so far, especially about his dog.

Obsidian said that if they had got an elvis song they wouldn't have been able to get any other songs for the game.
