Hi all, this is my first post here, though I've been a TES fan for a while.

I was looking through the screenshots and noticed this:

If you look at the NPC in the background, he's walking with a dog, and it doesn't look like one from any of the previous games.
This is just speculation, but it might be we're looking at a new companion, or maybe even the possibility of different breeds?
any thoughts?

I haven't seen that screenshot yet, but being able to fight with your dog would be cool

I'm all for animal companions. 'Kill that dragon, boy, while I hide in the shadows and panic'.

That my friend was a Scottish Dear Hound, on there hind legs there roughly six feet tall. And yes, dogs always make better traveling companions than people.

i would want a pack for my dog so he can carry my crap haha

I want a miniature saddle so I can ride my dog around in place of a horse.

Why stop there? I want my dog to have ARMOR.
