Dwenmer ruins, not dwarven. Dwenmer is that "dwarven" elf. lol...

Yes, it was been said many times throughout this thread they are really called "Dwemer."

But I don't think the Nords will call them Dwemer. They will probably call them Dwarves. They will probably call Dunmer "Devils," too (and perhaps most of the mer).

They are "really" called DWARVES OR DWEMER. It isn't this hard people. Almost every race has a "official name" and a "common name" (e.g. Dunmer=Dark Elf)

I loved the Dwemer ruins in Morrowind. I just hope that they have working ballista outside that you can fire at dragons. :celebration:

So the Skyrim dwarves built differently than the ones in Morrowind...
One group lived in a cold, mountainous region, the others next to an active vulcano...

The group in the desolate volcanic region built their structures out of metal. The group in the tundra built theirs out of...stone? Honestly I'm seeing some discrepancies in logic here. :P
