well i already did most of the "history points" for boone and i dont have enough to get 5 for him, does that mean i cant complete his quest? and for the endings for companions, do i get all companion endings or just the one thats with me?

You'll get an ending for every companion you've been involved with. In fact even if the character was never actually your companion, but you dealt with them in some capacity, you can get an ending slide about them.

I've never had him as a companion so I don't know. If you're on the PC I imagine you can use console commands to get around this (or perhaps to spawn key NPCs to re-kill).

Just incase swing by Novac and talk to Manny. Should have done this the first time you where in that town. The convo topics for Bitter Springs needs to be run through with Manny.

so even if i cant get the history points all need to do is talk to manny about bitter springs then talk to boone about it?

Never got an ending slide for Boone, had him with me for most of the game, never completed his quest, though.

The man and I had some serious fun killing EVERYTHING and my game ignored him
