im doing the contreras quest and i get to the point where he askes me to go to migules pawn shop and talk to a man named price i get there and there is no price i go to the door of the pawn shop and am not able to activate it or open it so im stuck and dont know what to do can anybody help me ?

the patch fixes that, do you not have it?

"The door to the pawnshop is sometimes not accessible. The image of the door is there but you can not interact with it. The way to be able to interact with the door is to go to 3rd person view with L2 and crouch. While crouched in 3rd person the door interaction should appear near the door handle and the window. Sometimes it helps to be standing right up against the door a little to the right and looking slightly left. You may need to hold down the L2 button to use the "look around" feature to get the door text to appear. "
