Hey all,
I've encountered several merchants, namely the Brotherhood quartermaster and the ghoul Calamity in Jacobstown, who don't seem to reset their inventory; I visit them in-game weeks after my last visit and they still have the stuff I sold them last time, and no new stimpacks or armor.

Can anyone confirm whether or not they just have a really long refresh time?
