Ok so i have been playing New Vegas since day one and I can't seem to find any weapon mods. What do they look like or do you make them. I am not sure. Just need a little help.

Chet in Goodsprings has some, they're placed under MISC.
I think that some old lady north of Novac has some as well.
Then there's Nash in Primm.
Maybe there's a guy in NCRCF, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
Powder Gangers kinda hate me at the moment for what I call a bug. >_>

Oh but chances are that you aren't going to find the one's you actually want at these people.

Gun Runners is a gun nuts paradise.

But between Goodsprings and Runners is a crapload of giant radscorpions, deahtclaws and cazadores ready to make a lunchbag out of your corpse. :laugh:

sometimes they can be found on caravan merchants in Novac...got a mag tube for a Cowboy Repeater from one
I think Nash at Primm has them too.

Got a silencer, extended mag and a day/night scope for my Varmint Repeater.....it rocks as a poor man's sniper rifle.
