Thirty-four hours in and finally encountered my first game-breaking glitch. I recently completed side quest: Return to Sender and Chief Hanlon killed himself. Ever since I havent been able to enter the Strip. I can figure out why, but my guess would be something to do with NCR troopers random dialogue. My guide says that if he does kill himself, you will hear troopers talking about it later on. And considering how many NCR spawns are in the Strip, it makes sense to me.

Anyone else have this problem?
