Hello again everyone!

Ok so I went over to the NCR squatter group, I believe this is the "Blue Quest" that you get from the King. So I go to this NCR guy and he asks me a series of three questions... something like what is my quest, what is my favorite color... haha. But seriously the questions are: Who is the President, What was the capital of Fallout originially, and What is the animal on the flag for the NCR? If someone could please tell me what the answers to this are I'd really appreciate it!

Also, going along with this quest there is an optional part about talking to some General or Captin. I can't remember her name, but when I try and find her via the local map the arrow just skips around when I look for her. So where can I actually find her? I think it's somewhere around freeside, but I can't tell for sure...

Well, actually the current president is Aaron Kimball, but the other two are correct.

He doesn't ask who the current president is, he asks who the MOST POPULAR president was. Tandi is the correct answer.
