What are some of your deep and in-depth questions and expectation of Skyrim's environmental and NPCs A.I?

I just want to see the dialogue system and more of the environments like the tundras and glacier areas.

for me, i guess i just dont want any environment to seem dull. like grey sky's at night or patchy grass with wierd shades of orange.
and the AI's should just look more lively and diverse i guess, with more frequent actions, dialogue and clothing to give a general depth to each npc with them still being generically made.

(I'm not sure how to explain this but...I'll try my best)
In Oblivion, when it rained..if I was a standing below a massive roof, the rain will fall through the roof.
I really hope this isn't the case with Skyrim.

Also, in Oblivion if you look at the leaves on a tree you'll notice the leaves rotate with you.
With Bethesda ditching SpeedTree,I don't think this will be a problem.

I'm expecting the AI to be like Oblivion but with some more interaction with the environment and objects (woodcutting and other jobs, leaning against walls, playing the lute). Nothing mindblowing though.
