I dont understand why people just LOVE argonians that much :D I liked the argonian glim from the infernal city TES novel tho :P i kept picturing his voice as the generic argonian voice from oblivion.

Dark Elves best represent Drow I used to play ~ 15 years ago in other RPG's.

Breton's best represent my own descent.

In Oblivion I liked playing Golden Saint's, though I doubt they're playable in Skyrim (with or without mod) if even in the game at all.

While I tend to favor those, I like playing other classes just for fun.

My favorite to play and to interact with are the argonians, something about them is just so mysterious and fascinating.

I think the infernal city might have boosted the popularity of the argonians.

Such a toss up for me although I've always had a special place in my heart for Dunmers.

For me it is the Elves, mainly Altmer and Dunmer. I WOULD like the Wood Elves, but they tend to be so short and odd looking in their game incarnations in ES. Why The High and Dark Elves. . . it isn't the bad attitude. But they are Elves, after all, with all that tends to ential. An elder race, more magical than their human kin. Elegance, grace, Power and age, aethletic strength with acrobatic fluidity of motion. And an innate affinity for the Arcane.

I like redguards too. So ethnic cool. Nords are also interesting, but I don't play as either. I love the Bretons in theory, being of mixed heritage, but again, for my playstyle, whole Elf (with a smattering of Daedra heritage  ) is how I roll.

I must say though, I am baffled that so many here are into the argonians. . . What is the lure???? To each his or her own, I suppose.

Nords. I prefer playing as human characters, and the Nords have the best look and voices.

Dwemer, because there aren't any left to make their race look like jack asses.
