I wouldn't mind a sidequest like this :shrug: Remidns me a bit the Order of the Birtuous Blood quest in OB, which was a pretty decent one :yes:

I RPed a serial killer in Oblivion. Id kill bums in Anvil and hide them under the dock. Then I moved up to fang bangers.

Dude, I loved the pint size slasher. One of my favorite quests. Something similar would be very cool in my opinion.

Interesting. Though the Nords are the kind of people that would form a mob and kill the slasher themselves. There must be a reason as to why they have not been able to do so. Magic, Vampire, ect.
