I called in the NCR supply radio and the package quest mark is in the roof top of an inaccesible factory, now I'm stuck with that quest mark unable to complete it, try to cancel it but it says not until 24.00hrs, so I wait till' midnite and nothing happens, any idea?.

I understand that time as in military time mode, anyways I've waited like two days.

did you wait 2 days, and then try to use the radio again? this happened to me as well, where the first time i radioed for supplies, it landed in an inaccessible location. so i waited 24 hours, and used the radio again, and then got the package somewhere else.

Having nrver used the NCR Emergency Radio, i cant really add any good input into this to help.

But i was just wondering, what exactly does the NCR Radio actually do??

Oh and i believe there to be no such time as 2400hrs. there is 00:00hrs which is midnight, and 12:00hrs which is midday. So i wouldnt tend to go with the suggestion that waiting 24hrs would be the thing to do.
