Post » Tue Feb 02, 2010 9:05 pm

would you like to see a small minority of disfigured people in the hills/forrest, (quest) you get caught in a booby trap which knocks you out unconscious, you find your self locked up in a cage only to find out the place in scattered with death, you gottah get a weapon and the hell outtah there :toughninja:

hmmm that sounds familiar lol :P
But do you have to make a new thread every five minutes for every idea that pops into your head? Just stick to one thread and post them all there.

You realize that whenever someone does that, people tell them to make seperate threads for each idea?

Sure for some cannibals or necromancers than plan on making you dead, then undead. ^_^ As for actual disfigured people, meh. Personally it'll always remind me of Deliverance and "squeal piggy!".

I think it would be cool, I remember the first time I saw somebody with corpus disease in Morrowind; that was freaky.

As long as it didn't come to dominate the landscape of the hills and their inhabitants. I also want to find forts ruled over by ancient vampires, and covens of Daedra Worshiping Dunmer, who actually have Daedra in their midsts rulling over them etc. in the hills (along the Morrowind Border) as well. I want diversity and lots of fascinating surprises. . . as well as things that are expected but are also fascinating.

Well, they don't necessary have to be disfigured.. maybe a cult like/tribal bunch' who are murdering/cannibalizing people and would be rather hostile to your character.... and then run around naked and try to burn your inside a big straw man! sorry, got carried away there, nice idea anyway dude..

Another shadow over hackdirt style quest would be cool.Where you find some unheard of crazy town. But longer this time.Where you have some goals to complete before you can escape.

By the way thank you for introducing me to Lovecraft,Bethesda.

I believe there is a film called "wrong turn" which has a similar premise to the scenario played out in "The Hills Have Eyes. "

I think that could be cool and really creepy. like your surrounded by the messed up bad guys but maybe there's one of them that's good to and want's to help you beat them and escape.

Sounds similar to Hackdirt in Oblivion. I actually think it sounds creative. Even if it is similar to some movies, it's not like Bethesda's games have never been influenced by movies. I mean, tons of Oblivion's armor styles and things were influenced by the Lord of the Rings series, Todd said so himself a while back.

I don't know about making so big of a deal from it, but TES games for sure needs more crippled, fat, old and sick characters
Only half of population should be more or less in full health, others should have something wrong with them (like missing some limb, eye, or teeth, having some disgusting diseases and so on)
Because it simply feels wrong if beggars are at same condition as noble, or when being old only effects face, but body is still young.
Well, I hope you get my point

We have different body types so that's a start but yeah it would be much much better to see people be more differentiated besides age and body type.

Not necessarily. But I LOVE the idea of being forced into a quest like that! (not sarcasm)
