I have a quick question. I was wearing a cool duster for ages in NV, but now it's completely broken and I can't wear it. The NCR guy at Mojave outpost can't repair it. Is there anyone with better skills who could patch up my clothes 4 me?

Great game. Loving it more than 3 so far.

I've got the same problem with the Desperado hat. The only other one I've seen was on Slim Jim, and I wasn't going to steal the dude's hat...he's got enough problems already.

You can repair the hat with a pre-war hat, no? But as for other things, I'm as clueless as anyone else. I'm only a few hours in.
