Hey, I was fooling around in youtube and came to this video.

It's a mix from the themes of the last 3 games (counting skyrim), and to my surprise it actually sounds good.

So I decided to post it here, in case some Beth employee listened to it and liked it, and maybe, just maybe we'll get a similar, obviously improved, ending credits song.

Nice idea, but just having them all played together like that didn't really do it for me. There were some timing issues with the Morrowind theme at the beginning, and the buildups near the end are pretty anti-climactic or ineffective when the OB theme drowns out and veers off into other melodies. I think if you cut up the 3 themes so they match one another when you mesh them, this would sound 100x better, in my opinion.

Yup, as I said, the purpose of this thread is to see if someone can manage to take this idea, IMPROVE IT, and release it.

I'll give it a shot if you want. I've been producing music for about 3 years now. Could be something fun to whip up.

I've heard a few of these - they're nice, but nothing spectacular. What I'd really like to see some brave soul undertake is some kind of interesting Elder Scrolls suite, a completely new composition that mixes bits and pieces of each theme. I tried that once, but considering I can't manipulate any audio program more advanced than Audacity, it didn't end well.

That's exactly what I want, to give some kind of idea to Bethesda, and obviously Mr. Soule to make something similar to the Metal Gear Saga from MGS4.

It twas pretty good. But nothing spectacular, they sound better on their own.
