So is the PS3 Version going to have framerate issues?

Well I don't think the PS3 is as strong as the 360 and I know that more people have a 360 so it makes sense that that's the better version right? if you like your PS3 that's cool but it makes sense if you think about it.

The PS3 is actually the more capable platform of the two (a good PC will kick the snot out of both). As I said, the specs are roughly the same (a bit better CPU on the PS3, a bit nicer GPU on the 360), but they are both relatively the same in terms of hardware capabilities. However, the PS3 is guaranteed to have a hard drive (mandatory hard drive installations can help a lot with load times) and the PS3 has a far superior disk format (Blu-Ray). The space constrants people are complaining about are due to a lack of mandatory hard drive installations on the 360 (due to not all coming with a hard drive) and the use of only a single DVD being allowed. That higher price tag on the PS3 isn't due to Sony charging a ludicrous amount of money out of greed, it is the case because the PS3's Blu-Ray drives and hard drives drive up the cost of manufacturing PS3s.

Most of us know about the "increased performance", but the issue PC fans have is that they are in no way utilizing DX10/11 aside from the "increased performance". That means no DX11 shaders, super-sampling, tessellation, etc. While not ALL computers can run those things, a lot could. And DX11 is able to be scaled down to DX9 (which could be added alongside DX11 since DX9 is being used for the 360 so it's already there) so lower end computers would have no problem running Skyrim.

And it will really svck if PS3 users have issues with Skyrim. I know I may sound like a bit of a "PC snob" at times, but I still want everyone to have the best possible gaming experience they can possibly have.

I wish for the same thing. If only developers would make the best possible game they could for each platform... (and I don't have a gaming PC, but I fully support you guys getting the best version you can) Anyway, such a thing is a fairytale fantasy, I guess. There's always a lead platform and less optimization for the other platforms. If they could just get the PS3 version looking like Killzone 3 and the PC version looking like Battlefield 3... :P
