Giants would be the closest to a behemoth imo.

Giants are friendly - They make camps and you can walk past them without coming to any harm. I'm convinced that the shot of the Giant in the trailer was 1st person.

I'd like to agree with you, but if you ever happen to piss one off....OH THE WRATH! I could quit easily see some fun quest involving giants that could very well end in you pissing them off (thieves guild style quest of stealing a treasure of theirs, or Fighter's Guild style with you resquing a 'damsel' who unfortunately has a giant with a crush on her....fun stuff)

Ice wraiths because they're actually aggressive.

Why would an unaggressive mob like the giants step in for freaking deathclaws?

Hrm, since we're trying to focus on agressive mobs, and not just powerful ones, then i'll stand by werewolves (if they happen to be added to the game). They seem like a good comparison to the Deathclaws. As far as confirmed creatures, i'd also go for the spiders (if their paralysis ability is actually as strong as I imagine it to be)

I'm hoping for a few LIches that are extremely powerful and can wtfpwn us unless we go in stocked with the right potions/spells and have a strategy in mind. If you run into one randomly and are taken by surprise I really think they should be a "flee from or die" enemy type. They looked awesome in Oblivion I thought but felt a bit meh otherwise. Given other things use the dragon language though, they should be properly imba this time. :D

I loved it in Baldur's Gate 2 when you stumble into a Lich lair and have that *oh crap :bolt: * moment before the level 9 D&D spells come raining down to blast you from existance but if you could kill it then it's cool loot christmas. Something like that would rival dragons and be a great addition to the game, I think it's somthing like what Manimarco the 'King of Worms' from Oblivion was supposed to be like, or should have been anyway.

Mammoths or giants won't attack you unless you provoke them... I voted for saber-toothed cats.

i think giants if you piss them off but some "other" creature should be the deathclaw of skyrim, perhaps some sort of balrog type creature. And in my opinion i think every one saying sabre tooths but i just see them as mointain lions eith big teth for this game.

Why aren't I in the poll? I could kill a wolf with a blindfold on!

I'm sure you are very angry for being portrayed as a wimp in TES IV: Oblivion, my lord.

A deadroth reminds me so much of a deathclaw it's not even funny they both have pretty much the same anatomy so it's a deadroth vs a deathclaw.

They do have the same animation and look, but deathclaws had a huge jump and did a ton more damage. They're like a deadroth on radioactive roids.

Anywho, its gonna be cliffracers. But really, I could see spiders being pretty strong and scary if their web is really sticky and slows you down a lot.

Mammoths and giants will also be neutral if their going to be anything like deathclaws or the behemoths they need to be looking for a fight all the time.

My money is on the big spiders.

Cliff Racers don't count, there like Cazadores(To mny of them and always chasing you) from FONV, only Cazadores do more damage and poison.
