Okay I have some glitch where I can't get back to the strip. I have tried the hat thing but it didn't work for me. So my question is can the manhole sewer next to camp mcraven some how access the strip?

I need a little more detail than that... So are you saying that you have been to the actual strip (passing the Credit Check and such) and can't get back in?

I don't think so, but you can read here what ways you can use to enter the strip though.
