Hi guys, I've gotten the quest in My Kind of Town to choose a new sherriff, and I wanted to choose Meyer. However, when I get to Meyer in the NCRCF, he just keeps saying "Sounds like the NCR are finally getting off their ass..." without entering the dialogue screen.
So I cannot actually get into a proper dialogue with Meyers to talk about being the sherriff.

Presumably this is because I've actually done the quest to retake NCRCF before doing the Primm questline, and now the former quest has locked me out of this option for the latter quest, all because of that non-stop auto dialogue??

I had the same thing happen to me with the BoS had to reload a loong time back just to get it to work.
