Hey,

Lately for the past few levels, lets say 3 - 9, it seems like i'm leveling up twice for every one level.

I'll level up, distribute my new skill points, pick a perk and then immediatly level up and get to assign another round of skill points.

For my first 2 perks I picked the 10% experience perk, could that be a side effect or is this a bug?

I'm on PC.

there is a perk called here and now which gives you an instant level so this would let you add skill points twice in a row.

I dont think you unlock that perk until level 12...

Has this happened more than once? If just once I assume you took the Here and Now perk? If not then something is borked.

Edit: Oh yeah sorry that perk isn't even available from 3 to 9.
